So, Valentine's day is coming up...and fast! Have you got your presents planned out?
Personally, I'm planning on putting together a cute caffeine gift for my guy, who currently lives in a dorm, and seems to have trouble always getting up in the morning for those pesky early morning classes ;)

I think I'm also going to go for a Valentine's day photoshoot of myself in cute outfits he likes blowing kisses, winking, etc. and frame it so he can have a little art installation in his dorm room, hehe :)

Lily Cole is gorgeous-and I can't seem to get over it lately!

Yay for redheads!

So I'm thinking of dressing up as Hello Kitty for Halloween, but alas! I haven't the time for an incredibly fancy costume, so I might wait until next year and just dress festively this time instead.
Ahhh, I feel a year long project coming on! :)

Check out this AWESOME scarf!
Made by Amber K. Green who runs online boutique Cotton Candy Vomit, and also makes all of the beautfiul goodies you'll find in the shop! One of the cutest shops I've come across in a while, it's definately worth a look.

Sunday Dress-up

On Sunday, LauraJane came over to my house after church. We made a fantastic pasta salad type of thing and tons of burnt bacon. After this we decided that we should really play dress-up. The clothes we played with were my grandmas old dresses dating from the 40s to the 70s, my collection of vintage hats, and my vintage mink stole, and beaver coat.

Cutesy Item of the Day

LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT.
I found these beauties on this great site:http://www.mfashion.nl.nu/ where more wonderful EGL (elegant gothic lolita) shoes and clothing can be found.
These Victorian cameo boots are made by Helena-Angelique, a unique Dutch design team made up of designer/stylist Inge Helena Rietjens and paintress/tattoo artist Angelique Houtkamp. I'd encourage you to check out more of their beautiful work at the Helena-Angelique site, http://www.helena-angelique.com/.

au revoir, lovlies.
